
Titanium Grade 7 Round Bars
CP Titanium Grade 7 Round Bars have mechanical and physical attributes the same as its standard grades. These bars have excellent fabrication and welding properties and extremely resistant to corrosion, especially in acidic environments.
The same level of resistance ability, weldability and ductility are achieved on these bars as compared to the standard version. Grade 7 has one small different composition of alloying elements that makes it valuable to the industrial applications. This grade has a small composition of palladium content. This component adds a higher level of corrosion resistance, especially in acidic environments. In fact, among all the titanium grades, it is one of the prime corrosion resistance grades.

The tests like destructive, non-destructive and material tests are performed on the bars in order to detect and remove the damaged products. The destructive tests are hardness test, tensile test, and mechanical test, crushing and buckling tests. Other tests are PMI test, intergranular corrosion tests, and radiography.
