Super duplex Steel UNS S32760 Pipes & Tubes have a mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite in the 50:50 ratios. The super duplex has higher molybdenum and chromium content that is the main difference of it that offer great corrosion resistance than standard grade. It has dual phase microstructure combines with high strength and effective corrosion resistance, especially in the environments that contain high levels of chlorides.

Super duplex alloy has higher thermal conductivity and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Uns s32760 opposes sulfide stress corrosion in adverse environments. Due to its higher workability and weldability, it can be modified and weldable with all standard shop fabrication operations.
